A revolution for the German healthcare system?

The German health system is not doing well: It is inefficient and the most expensive per capita in Europe, says Health Minister Karl Lauterbach (SPD). For this reason, a comprehensive reform has been underway for a long time – as many as 15 different draft laws are currently being considered.
